At Jewls Flooring, Remodeling, and Design, no matter the size of your project, we can help you with custom design, product selections, and professional installation. You deal with us directly from start to finish.

A fine-tuned and proven process with excellent communication and care is the key to our design success.

OUR DESIGN PROCESS

STEP 1: Connecting

Start the conversation and connect with us on what type of project you are exploring. We can chat on the phone and then set up a meeting at your home so we can really get a feeling for how you want to customize it and your personal taste/style.

STEP 2: GETTING STARTED

The first step in design is to measure the space. Depending on the size of your project, we may just need to measure one room, one floor, or the whole house.

STEP 3: CONCEPT DESIGN

We will then begin conceptualizing your new space using your feedback as a guide.

STEP 4: THE DETAILS

Once we settle on a design to move forward with, we will make specific product selections (including cabinets, countertops, paint color, tile, flooring, appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, etc.) and begin looking at the construction timeline & schedule. We will likely meet with you 1-3 times (on average) to select the products & finishes and pull together the fun and the fluff of the project. We may meet at our office, local showrooms, your home or Zoom depending on what our goals are for that meeting.

STEP 5: COMPLETION

When all of your selections are ordered and have arrived we will begin the construction process.  Giving you a firm outline of when various contractors will be working and the approximate amount of time each step will take.  We will take care to cover all of your existing furniture, walls, flooring, doorways, etc. and leave the workspace clean at the end of each day.  We also offer a maid service at the completion of the job. 

STEP 6: WE AREN'T DONE YET!

We will still be around until the end of your project for support, progress photos, and regular project updates.  Your designated Design Consultant will also serve as the Project Manager, and do all interfacing with our team of contractors. We will be checking in on the project physically and providing you with regular progress reports. In addition all the vendors and contractors will always be able to quickly reach us by phone for any questions or approval for site adjustments. And of course, If you have any questions or concerns during the course of the job, don’t hesitate to reach out!  We are invested in your project and want your process to be a success just as much as you do!
